Selon les chiffres de la FEVAD communiqu\u00e9s lors de cette Table Ronde 72 % des e-commer\u00e7ants ont une activit\u00e9 rentable ou \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9quilibre, ce qui montre bien que le e-commerce est un commerce rentable. Et le e-commerce est \u00e9galement un cr\u00e9ateur d\u2019emploi, 41 % des e-commer\u00e7ants ont cr\u00e9\u00e9 des emplois en 2024.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-video\"><video controls src=\"https:\/\/www.oneytrust.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/07\/table-ronde_v3-360p.mp4\"><\/video><figcaption class=\"wp-element-caption\">Table Ronde Oneytrust du 19 juin 2025, retrospective et perspective du e-commerce ces 25 derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>2000\u20132005 : les d\u00e9buts du commerce en ligne<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019arriv\u00e9e d\u2019Internet dans les foyers marque le coup d\u2019envoi d\u2019un nouveau canal de consommation. Les premiers sites marchands apparaissent, souvent peu s\u00e9curis\u00e9s. Les comportements frauduleux restent artisanaux mais d\u00e9j\u00e0 pr\u00e9occupants.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>2005\u20132010 : le boom du e-commerce\u2026 et de la fraude<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le e-commerce se d\u00e9mocratise avec l\u2019essor des marketplaces et des premiers grands pics de consommation en ligne. En parall\u00e8le, la fraude devient plus structur\u00e9e, ciblant les paiements et les failles techniques.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>2010\u20132015 : l\u2019effet r\u00e9seaux sociaux et l\u2019\u00e9largissement des profils fraudeurs<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Facebook, Instagram et autres plateformes font \u00e9merger de nouveaux usages\u2026 mais aussi de nouveaux vecteurs de fraude. Les contenus li\u00e9s aux m\u00e9thodes frauduleuses deviennent accessibles \u00e0 tous. Le profil du fraudeur change : on passe de r\u00e9seaux organis\u00e9s \u00e0 des opportunistes du quotidien.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>2015\u20132020 : r\u00e9glementation, DSP2 et complexification des parcours<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019entr\u00e9e en vigueur de la DSP2 en Europe (Directive sur les Services de Paiement) impose l\u2019authentification forte. Objectif : mieux s\u00e9curiser les paiements. R\u00e9sultat : les fraudeurs se d\u00e9placent vers d\u2019autres terrains (litiges PayPal, n\u00e9o-banques, refund\u2026). La faille humaine devient une cible majeure.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>2020-2025: industrialisation, cybercrime and AI<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les fronti\u00e8res entre fraude et cybercriminalit\u00e9 se brouillent. Les attaques se professionnalisent, les outils des fraudeurs deviennent ultra-techniques, parfois dop\u00e9s \u00e0 l\u2019IA.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dans le m\u00eame temps, les marchands doivent faire face \u00e0 une r\u00e9glementation plus dense (BNPL, encadrement du cr\u00e9dit conso), \u00e0 des parcours clients toujours plus exigeants, et \u00e0 une pression croissante sur la s\u00e9curit\u00e9\u2026 sans nuire \u00e0 l\u2019exp\u00e9rience utilisateur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\ud83e\udde0 <strong>25 prochaines ann\u00e9es : l\u2019intelligence humaine au c\u0153ur du combat<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les prochaines ann\u00e9es s\u2019annoncent tout aussi d\u00e9cisives.
